200gm - medium flour
80gm - icing sugar
15gm - double action baking powder
1tbsl - vanilla essence
2nos - eggs
80gm - butter(clarified)
200ml - fresh milk
Method:
1) Add the clarified butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence together
2) Then add all the other ingredients and whisk until smooth batter develop
3) put some butter on the frying pan then use small fire cook both sides until light brown
