很多事到要自己做了,而且星期六礼拜又要做工
说真的做工这的好累哦,但是有个好处就是可以拿很多面包
所以咧每天早上我们的早餐都是吃面包的,下午呢就是吃我抄的果条
还真没想到从学院学也一个月以后,我的厨艺进步了^^
能看到自己煮出来的食物有人喜欢吃真是开心啊!!
下面是我做“炸菜糕”的Recipe,很简单就算不会做菜的人跟着Recipe也可以做哦。。。
Ingredients:
250gm - medium flour
15gm - Baking Powder
50gm - Rice Flour
1/2tsp - Salt
1tsp - Ajinomoto
1/2tsp - Chicken Stock Powder1/2tsp - Salt
1tsp - Ajinomoto
150gm - Bean Sprout
100gm - Spring Onion
50gm - Onion Slice
400gm - Water(If not enough can add more)Optional: Also can add cabbage or prawn
Method:
1) put the "red" color ingredients into a mixing bowl
2) slowly put water and stir it (no directly put all the water)
3) put the "green" color ingredients into the same mixing bowl
4) heat up ail in a pot
5) Spoon a ladle of batter into a deep fryer and fry until golden brown
*follow the color put the ingredients, I had highlight the color above the ingredients
